The ÄSCHER guest house
Our cover picture was, in the very beginning, of course from our favourite place, the Berggasthaus Aescher-Wildkirchli on Ebenalp in Alpstein. Enjoy the rösti with fried eggs and bacon, it is very yummi. From Wasserauen, take the cable car and a short hike will lead you through a cave to the gasthaus. More about hikes, some great and one less smart :), in the area in another story
